Somehow, I have a .gno file that has *massively* mislocated a large number of individuals. I suspect that I selected "direct ancestors" when I had an unspotted link while I was moving an ancestor branch into place last night, and didn't notice that I was moving *way* more people than I should have been.

Anyway, I have been meticulous about keeping individuals on Y coordinates divisible by 100. Yes, it's OCD, but it's part of how I keep things sane. Now, however, I have a large number of individuals on Y coordinates ending in 90. Is there a way to select all of these individuals other than manually going through the list view? Because I inevitably screw up with the selection process and deselect everything before finishing the selection. Sorting the list by Y coordinate doesn't work because I need to work from the final digits of the value. Or is it easier to scrap this 10K-plus-person file and start over from scratch (given that AutoArrange will only make things worse in this case)?

So... sorting by Y position and using StickyKeys to keep Ctrl selected got me through the list... aaand then I forgot to hit Ctrl again and duplicated everybody instead of moving them. NOT wearing my happy hat right now. CrazyAngry

Forgot to update this yesterday. Yes, I managed to resolve this on the second try... but it would be very nice if GenoProX had the ability to search for individuals by positional data, for those of us who are OCD about using the grid. A big reason I do this is because my genograms tend to get large, and I have to increase the vertical spacing between generations substantially to fit all the relationship lines in without overlap, due to multiple children in most families. On a related note, it would be very nice to be able to change the default positioning of new parents / children when created; if I could have my changed vertical and horizontal spacing customizable as a default setting (as can already be done with individual colour settings), it would make my work with GenoPro enormously easier.
