licence key already used for upgrade

Forum Newbie Customers GenoPro version: 3.0.1.0 Last Login: Sunday, March 18, 2018 Posts: 1, Visits: 0	HI, having upgraded my computer to a win10 machine I came to upgrade but am told that my registration key has been used for an upgrade already, but the email address is slightly wrong ( there is an extra "a"). I seem to think I may have started an upgrade before but 2016 wouldnt run on my old machine and I have no recollection or saved emails for a new registration for genopro 2016. GenoproX looks exciting and is definatly the way I would be headed as we have just found another branch of the family
