Greetings-

Great app but I've had the same problem for YEARS:  Epson WP-4020 printer.  Want to print portrait mode onto 8 1/2 x 14 in rear MP tray.  In Page Layout, 0.5" margins, centered, Paper Dimension & Printable Area same at 8 1/2 x 14.  Printer Setup, rear MP tray, 8 1/2 x 14.  All hunky-dory, it seems.

EVERY TIME (for years), I get the following in Print Preview (screenshot)--and that's just the way it prints.  What's supposed to print is not centered on what appears to be the image of the paper and that's what happens.   I've just updated from several years ago; same problem then, same problem now.  Exasperating!!  How can I fix this??

And BTW, what does Topic Key mean?  How does one use it (if at all)?

Hi Ken,
At first I did not see what was going on here until I noticed you said Paper Dimension & Printable Area were set to the same values. Ordinarily Printable area should be Paper Dimension less margins.  It seems that setting Paper Dimensions in the Page Layout dialogue screws things up!

So set the the paper size in Printer Setup and leave Paper dimensions in Page Layout to its default (which should be as per Printer Setup) .  If you have set any values for Paper Dimensions in Page Layout then select these and press Delete key to reset to default.  You should then see that Printable Area is Paper Dimension less margins.

Hope this helps Smile

As regards 'Topic Key' do you mean the 'New Topic' button on this forum? If so this is used to create a new thread/topic/post in the forum.
