Is it possible to set GenoPro to show the ages of persons who are deceased--BUT not show the ages of people who are living? That way if I produce a chart for a book, it will not be incorrect after a year (but it can tell the ages of people when they died).Thank you

You can set the Date Reference per GenoMap. Instead of using the clock of your computer to calculate the age, GenoPro can use the date of reference to have a fixed age.

Do you want to put names of living people into a book? If so select all of those you want to change ( Open the table and use 'Is Dead?') and go into Properties (press Enter) and select the Display tab. In the table on the left is an option ' Don't display age inside the gender symbol'

Thank you, but it sounds like that would still result in the display of an age for living persons--which would then become incorrect after a year. I need a way to not have any age displayed for living persons; only for deceased ones.
Thanks
