When I add an upright
picture
to a
genogram
, some pictures remains upright, and other pictures although upright before adding, after adding the picture it shows up on the genogram as lying down. I have been unable to rotate it. Can someone please tell me how to do that? Thank you.

Jpg images have an
Orientation
flag as part of their metadata (EXIF). Some software such as Windows 10, use this when requested to rotate an image instead of adjusting actual pixels in the image. AFAIK GenoPro does not take account of this flag and so it is necessary to actually adjust pixels to rotate an image for use in GenoPro. This
article

has a good explanation of this problem. Note that I have not tested the resizer software mentioned in this article, instead I tend to use the freeware
package
Irfanview for image adjustment including rotation.
