GenoPro has suddenly started displaying trees in Print Preview only on the bottom half of the page despite my ticking "Centre Vertically" and "Centre Horizontally.  The dimensions of the paper are 16.5 x 11.75 inches,  margins are set at 2, 2, 2, and 4 (bottom), scale is 100%. The "printable area" dimensions displayed are the same as the paper size.  When I print it misses the bottom line.  The error occurs whether I select Landscape or Portrait.   I am using version 3.0.1.5.  I have an Epson WF-7715 A3 printer.

I recently helped a law firm who purchased our site license and they had the same problem, and the solution was to to leave the Paper Dimension as default (you should see the value in italic).  What you need to go is in the File menu, and select Printer Setup, and pick the A3 paper dimension you wish to print.  This Printer Setup dialog is controlled entirely by Windows (GenoPro has no control over it).  When you select your A3 and close the Printer Setup dialog, you may go back to the Page Layout dialog and you should see 23.4 x 33.1 inches.

Good luck.

The paper dimensions 16.5 x 11.75 inches seem to be correct for A3.  However the blue dashed rectangle in your post shows the extent of all objects in your GenoMap, and so I suspect you have an invisible object, such as a text label with no text in it, in the upper part causing the apparent blank space at the top.  Try Select All (Ctrl & A) and see if this the case.

Thanks so much.  Leaving the default dimensions, and using Printer Setup works!
