Hi,
I want a default
state
for all
persons
- Remove All Living Individuals checked
- Keep Names checked
- Remove all
date of births
But for selected persons
- Remove All Living Individuals checked
- Keep Names
unchecked
- Remove all date of births
Howto do this?

So you would like to omit certain living individuals from the
report
.
I suggest the following approach -
Create a
custom tag
, say HideFromReport and set this tag to Y for those individuals you would like to be omitted from a report.
Then before
generating a report
go to
Table Layout
- Individuals and sort the table on this custom tag column. Then once sorted, select all indivuals having this tag set to Y and press delete key to remove them. Then generate your report and immediately after click the undo button to reverse the deletion.
Check individuals are now present before saving!
