Hi,

I want a default state for all persons
- Remove All Living Individuals checked
- Keep Names checked
- Remove all date of births

But for selected persons
- Remove All Living Individuals checked
- Keep Names unchecked
- Remove all date of births

Howto do this?

Thanks

So you would like to omit certain living individuals from the report.
I suggest the following approach -
Create a custom tag, say HideFromReport and set this tag to Y for those individuals you would like to be omitted from a report.
Then before generating a report go to Table Layout - Individuals and sort the table on this custom tag column.  Then once sorted, select all indivuals having this tag set to Y and press delete key to remove them.  Then generate your report and immediately after click the undo button to reverse the deletion.  Check individuals are now present before saving! Rolleyes
