refund or extrapay

Author Help me please - Do I have to ask for a refund and buy again, or can I just pay extra?

Good evening

If I buy the Academic version can my employees use online backups independently from each other? Or it will be one place to hold all genograms?Or they can have their own accounts on the site GenoPro and work independently? How many teachers does it include?
Or this functional only for Enterprise License? Does Enterprise fit for multi-user independent work including all functional as personal backups and other?
Or for independent work it needs to buy a 15/25/50 users license?

I see, I need a multiuser license, because there is a personal confidentional backup only in this case, wright?

I am already buying Academic, right now, but I think that I was too quick.

Can I pay extra for another License if I missed and chose the wrong License,
or I need refund and buy again right version?
