The simplest way with just a few genomaps in a .gno is to make a copy of your .gno file, then delete unwanted genomap(s) (right click on its tab, chose Delete GenoMap) from it and run a report on the resulting reduced file. You could then undo the delete operation, delete a different GenoMap and run the report again.
