I'm having a hard time locating the triangle symbol to signify a miscarriage or abortion.  Anyone know where I might find it?

To display the triangle symbol, double-click on the individual (child), and click on the Display tab and select Always draw pregnancy symbol.

Select either son or daughter and open the properties menu. Here you can change to 'Don't know' and a question mark is on the display
