In Beta there is an option "stilbirth" amongst other reasons of death

 (Properties->Death->Cause of Death)

and it has a simbol of its own...

"εν οιδα οτι ουδεν οιδα" (Σωκρατησ)  - "The only thing that I know is that I don't know anything" (Socrates)

Using GenoPro 2Beta. On the Properties menu open the tab for Death. There is a box labelled 'Cause of Death'. Click on the arrow at the right of this box and a list will appear. Towards the bottom is a range of options including miscarriage and stillbirth

I would enter both the date of birth and the date of death on the same day.  You may want to exclude this child from the report, so check the checkbox "Exclude from Report" in the Report tab.

GenoPro has no special field for the stillbirth date.  You enter the date as a regular date of birth and date of death.
