Could not find any hint about this problem:
On the family page the pictue comment underneath of the family picture does not expand from (+) to (-) individualy; it does when the top expand all is clicked.

This problem does not occur with Firefox, so I guess it is yet another MS IE 'quirk'. But even with IE you can click the text 'Family Pictures Notes' instead of the  icon and the expansion occurs. Unfortunately I can't find a resolution to the problem at present.
