I have an issue with the order in which names are listed under an individual Family Name in the report, and I am interested whether anyone else also has the same concerns.

Probably like many other users of GenoPro, I use the Second Last Name field in an individual's properties to give the married name for wives in my family tree. In the report the individual is listed correctly under Family Name, but whereas males and unmarried females are listed in alphabetical order of their First Name, the married females are listed first in order of their Second Last Name. This is an example:

I would prefer all individuals with the same Family Name to be listed in order of their First Name, regardless of the Second Last Name.

I recently made a change following a request that when only the married name was known the index would show wives etc. under the normal alphabetical index and not in the unknown list. A side effect of this is the problem you have reported. I think I can fix this by changing the sort key to only contain the second last name when 1st last name is unknown.

Thanks Ron. That would explain why I hadn't noticed the problem previously.
