I need to drag my database from GenaPro 2007 to Genbox Family History. When I use 'Export to Gedcom format,' it works fine, but with no pictures. Using 'Export to XML format' worked untill a few days ago. I am using GenoPro XML to GEDCOM Conversion to transcript my data, but it seems to be broken. SOS!

Are you using Ron's utility for the XML conversion? These need to be updated since the move to Beta 2.20

Also the ged file produced by using the skin of the Report Generator seems to produce a better version for use by other programs

As odd/hopeless this might sound, where may I get the upgrade for the utility?

This utility has not been updated. Take Appleshaw's advice and generate the file by choosing the 'export to gedcom' report skin where you would normally use 'english narrative report'.

This utility has not been updated.

Just to clarify this point. The Report skin 'Export to Gedcom' IS THE UPDATE of my utility. I have converted it to javascript and repackaged it to run as a Report skin to take advantage of the GenoPro's excellent Report Generator and simplify its use.

All the old options are available in Config.xml but you will obviously need to generate a custom skin to change any of these.
