No code has been changed regarding this issue for Beta 19. Do you get this error using a previous Beta? I am trying to pinpoint the problem.

Dialog Layout 'Custom Tags' for SourceCitation does not have any tags! I have not seen this log entry before, however bV19 is the first time we are forced to look at the log upon loading, before it was upon saving. If you think I should check my data then please let me know what I am looking for.

This, as I have found is caused when you have no custom tags in the custom tag editor, I just ignore it.

I'm using the newest v2007 and while opening the file it shows me every time the same warning:

Dialog Layout 'Custom Tags' for SourceCitation does not have any tags!

Is there any other solution then one offered by poolzone?

Open the file and use the Tag Editor. Select the tag Source/Citation. Almost certainly the bottom part 'Tags for Dialog Layout Custom tags' will be empty - the normal cause of this problem. Click the New button to create a tag and the problem should go away.
