Ok Thanks. Can I publish both files to your web site? Also, don't you think your product would increase in power if there was one record of a thing (person, relationship etc) but it could graphically be represented on many diagrams but there was only one "real" non-graphical record. I am only intested on working on one family so there doesn't appear to be much point for many diagrams if people can only be copied and you could accidently edit a copy... etc... Hope you understand what I am trying to say.

Regards

Jon

Thanks. My point was that I had edited the original english report. Therefore I couldn't find it. I said that fromthe start. Once you edit it you can find the original key.

I had edited the original english report

When you choose 'edit' Genopro cretaes a 'copy' of the report, this is the one you then edit, leaving the original report untouched.  If you have already changed the original, simply reinstal the software, your database and amended report will be kept.

You may produce any number of reports on familytrees.genopro. Just upload to a different directory for each one.

It is interesting that new users approach the program differently, I have been surprised at how flexible the programmers have allowed it to be , and are always ready to evolve new ideas and develop old ones, over time.

I don't want to add confusion, however the original English Narrative Report cannot be modified because it is built-in to the executable GenoPro.exe.  Unless you have a special tool to modify resources inside an executable, the original report has not been modified.  If you click on drop-down arrow of the Skin Name, you will see a list of reports available, one report skin will be named English Narrative Report.
