Have been approached by several family members about the symbols used within Genopro.Main point was the use of a cross for the D. above the gender symbol for a person whose dod is known but nothing else.
Are there any standards world wide? Above sample is from WIKIPEDIA.

maru-san (11/19/2008) Main point was the use of a cross for the D. above the gender symbol for a person whose dod is known but nothing else. Are there any standards world wide? No, it is a bug. I thought it was resolved a while ago. I cannot reproduce it on my machine, however if you can send me a sample file, I will investigate again.

a cross is unacceptable as a general symbol because of its religious connotations.
'lego audio video erro ergo disco' or "I read, I listen, I watch, I make mistakes, therefore I learn"

I may have expressed myself not correctly. Now it is a "D.", but requested was a "cross", so no bug. But I do understand the religious connotations.
