This morning I am trying to make some changes in my
family tree
and nothing will work. I am trying to change from 3 lines to 2 lines in
persons
name but when I click on okay nothing happens. I have the
latest version
of genopro.

You are not alone with the Display problem - which I have not noticed before as mine is set to automatic. However trying to change it to two lines had no effect.
As far as log-in goes; can you not use the old email that you have given as your name - as long as you can remember the password you used at that time?

I
find
I have no problem changing the number of lines for an
individual from the Properties
dialogue for that individual - either on the General tab or the
Display tab
- I also have the Display Lines from the main program Display tab set to automatic. However, there are complications: changing the number of Display Lines on this latter tab only changes the number of lines above the gender symbol on my
tree
; and the check box for Automatic Word Wrapping on both the Automatic / Default setting of the File > Properties menu, and the Display tab of an Individual's Properties, are checked but greyed-out, so cannot be changed.
Keith's problem could simply be that his program is unregistered and his tree exceeds the 25 individual limit, so cannot be edited.
