I receive notifications whenever 404 Not Found errors occur on my site. I periodically see failed requests for /Ancestors/genomaps/genomaps/genomap0.htm. Is anyone else seeing this doubled path component?

grep -R 'genomaps/genomaps' .

doesn't give any hits.
