I upload pictures for individuals properly and they show themselves okay. The next time I open the program, the pictures are gone! The description is still there but not the pictures. How can I correct this?w00t

When you 'add' a picture to your .gno file, GenoPro does not store the picture itself, but simply a link, or path, to it. Thus if you delete or move the original picture GenoPro can no longer find it. Also unless you click the 'preserve full path' checkbox, GenoPro stores the relative path to the picture, and so if you move your .gno file relative to the picture location, again GenoPro cannot find it.

If you look under the pictures tab of the object to which you added a picture you will see the relative and full paths where GenoPro expects to find the picture.

Thanks for the thoughts. But I didn't move the pictures from their original locations. So, I still need to know what must be done to preserve them.
