I hope you can help me.  I added a custom tag to 6 people in my tree then realised what I did was wrong and deleted the tags.  Now when I export to gedcom I am getting message below.  There are no custom tags that I am aware of, I have checked.  I have reverted to a previous gno file, I have even re-installed GenoPro but the problem persists.

Thank you

Irene

According to the error in the log (front the print screen above), it seems you have a custom tag named Source conflicting with the built-in tag named Source.

I am unable to find a custom tag named source.  This problem seems to be associated with all people in the tree.  I have attached another two screen prints.

Thank you.

Irene

Your tags birth.Source.Comment and Death.Source.Comment are problematic.

Open Table View for Individuals, make sure these tags are visible using Column Properties (right click on column headers). Right click on each column header for these two tags and any other custom tags you wish to delete and select 'Delete Custom Tag 'death.Source.Comment' etc.

Thank you so much for your reply,  I hadn't realised those were custom tags and that I had set them up............

Kind Regards

When you import a Gedcom file into GenoPro any tags it does not recognize are converted to custom tags.

You may not have noticed messages to this effect in the message log when you imported or opened the Gedcom file.
