You seem to be having problems with communication. According to the listing you have only made one posting here. Answers to you will appear below.
Having installed GenoPro there is an initial screen telling you how to start..
To start you can right click on the screen and this opens a menu where you can add a new Male or Female. Having selected this person a right click brings up a menu allowing you to add parents or children.
To add details select a person and open the properties menu.
If you have problems you can request help here but many questions are answered from the internal help (try F1) and there are several tutorials showing how to achieve different results.

There are many ways, and instructions are given when you first open GenoPro.

The way I do it is to "Right Click" on the page and choose an option from the context menu

Select "New Male" then double left click on it (or press enter) and fill out the form. Then right click again on the Male and select "New Mate"

You will soon see it is very easy. Smile

HELP! I must really be an illiterate computer user. I am trying to make a medical genogram for a school report which I have to turn in several hours from now and I don't know how to access it at all. Am I in the right website? I was given some hints by a few but I can' even see what they are talking about. Really appreciate all the help I can get

You need to download GenoPro, start it on your computer, and proceed from there.
