My problem was that I got in message log a text “Base skin version from Config.xml is :2011.11.08”  and  got advice that this is due to a corruption in my folder and I was asked to download English version 2013.02.17 again what I did.  I worked OK ie. I did not get the message “Base skin version from Config.xml is :2011.11.08” but instead “Base skin version from Config.xml is :2013.02.17” which is as expected.

Next I created a new folder for finnish –version of this 2013.02.17 and downloaded pure version of 2013.02.17 to this folder.  Then, as usually, I copied from previous version 2012.09.20, Config.xml, Dictionary.xml and NameDictionary.xml into this new 2013.02.17 folder.  After this I got again “Base skin version from Config.xml is :2011.11.08” and then I copied "Config.xml" from English version to newly copied finnish skin folder  and after this I did not get that message “Base skin version from Config.xml is :2011.11.08”  again but “Base skin version from Config.xml is :2013.02.17”  instead.  Now I think all is well.  BR, Jarmo
