Is there a simple way to arrive at a Descendants Tree, indicating married and unmarried Male descendants and unmarried Female Descendants only, from a eleven generations Descendant tree indicating descendants of both male and Female Descendants of all married Males?

Yes, you may use the selection buttons to select all descendants of an individuals, then bring the Table Layout (Ctrl+T). Invert the Selection (Ctrl+I) to select all the non-descendants, then hide the rows (Shift+Del).  What you have left is all the descendants.  Next you click on the Partner column to sort/group individuals if they had a spouse or not.  Unfortunately GenoPro does not have a column for "married".  You may also select the Gender column to group males and females together.
