i have submitted all my contact details which have been recognized by your server however will not allow on line backup. The message 
Uploading file 'Revised20.gno' to account 'whitehawkup@rocketmail.com'...
Unable to upload file 'Revised20.gno' to server.
Session has been lost or not found. You need to call Login again.  (HyperData Error -1001: ErrSessionLost)
