GenoProX pre-purchase without previously buying genopro

Forum Newbie GenoPro version: 2.0.1.6 Last Login: Thursday, May 23, 2019 Posts: 1, Visits: 26	So I wanted to pre-purchase new 2016 version, but the page says: The Pre-Purchase of GenoProX is available only to our customers who previously purchased GenoPro. To qualify as a customer, please enter your registration key. I am wondering what is the point of this requirement. Why would I have to be previous customer to pre-purchase the new version? Another thing - I tried to reset my password on this forum and my actual password came to my email... that seems incredibly stupid.
