I just upgraded to the new 2016 version and am running on Windows 10.  I want to import just one family from a .ged file.  I choose import .ged file with import section selected and a family ID entered and press import.  The import log says it completed with no errors buth then the program crashes and says gedcompro has quit working and then closes.

How big is your gedcom file? GenoPro is know to have issue placing the objects when it's a big file. I recommend you try the option: "Skip AutoArrange"
