Help! I have tried to download the new version of Genopro. I originally bought this in 2009. As I had My family tree open I couldnt install the new version and I couldnt close the tree because it wouldnt save the changes. So I cant close the window until I have the new version and I cant get the new version until I close the programme down. What do I do???
