Thank you for posting a screenshot.  A few individuals reported the issue, however nobody sent a screenshot and I was unable to pinpoint the problem.

I made a fix, however would like you to confirm the fix works on your computer: http://www.genopro.com/download/InstallGenoPro-Fix-RTL.exe
