You already have registration key for GenoPro 2016 and you have the latest version of GenoPro 2016.  What error are you getting exactly?

I downloaded the free version but was not able to finish what I needed to do. So I went back and downloaded again and paid but did not get a new registration key and I am not able to find the new download.
