I am testing trial version of Genopro 2016
After importing GECOM file exported froom GRAMPS (10 years back imported from from DaubAges) I see lines connecting one person with empty space, or lines leading from nowhere to nowhere.
When I try to move them on the grid some parts are disappearing or flashing and reappearing
That may be connected with the fact that one widowed woman married hers sisters widowed husband.
And second possible cause was when two brothers got married with two sisters
I have over 800 persons and 11 generations in my database.
I must add that all ascendants or descendants graph reports generated from DoubAges or GRAMPS were good.
Another thing is that when selecting partial import I always get program crashed.

One thing you could test. Select one person without line and open Properties and look at Family tab. This should show parents, spouse and children. If relevant people are missing then try to look at the gedcom with one of the various utilities.

Does GenoPro's Tools/Problem Spotter provide any clues?

It helped for the strange lines, but I have to select only line (not person) - it was multipled marriages. Line properties in summary tab there were the same names as original but in fields "Other Mates", "Other children"
There is still issue while using "import section of gedcom file". Program crashes at the start of import.
Another one problem rised:
Date of birth which is between 1841 and 1851 is displayed like:
BET 1841 AND 1851
with warning about incorrect date
in gedcom file it is stored as:
1 BIRT
2 DATE BET 1841 AND 1851

GenoPro doesn't handle date ranges, unfortunately. You can specify an approximate date by preceding the date with a tilde ~ but the only way to indicate a range of dates or years is to put it in a plain-text field. I'm hoping this is something that is improved with GenoProX.

I have exported from GRAMPS a subtree with only my ascendats and when one widowed grandmother have second husband wich is not ascendant his data are not exported but a trace of second marriage is included in export file. Then GenoPro generate very long line across all width of tree from grandmother not connected to anything. I think if GenoPro must draw a line, it should be short.
Other i can say that lines are unnecessary long when a spouse is single entity and have not any ascendants.
Still I have problem with crashing the program when importing using option "import section of gedcom file"
