Printing not aligned to paper for years!

Forum Newbie Customers Gamma GenoPro version: 3.0.1.0 Last Login: Sunday, October 28, 2018 Posts: 8, Visits: 29	Greetings- Great app but I've had the same problem for YEARS: Epson WP-4020 printer. Want to print portrait mode onto 8 1/2 x 14 in rear MP tray. In Page Layout, 0.5" margins, centered, Paper Dimension & Printable Area same at 8 1/2 x 14. Printer Setup, rear MP tray, 8 1/2 x 14. All hunky-dory, it seems. EVERY TIME (for years), I get the following in Print Preview (screenshot)--and that's just the way it prints. What's supposed to print is not centered on what appears to be the image of the paper and that's what happens. I've just updated from several years ago; same problem then, same problem now. Exasperating!! How can I fix this?? And BTW, what does Topic Key mean? How does one use it (if at all)? Ken Herrick Oakland CA USA Tags: print not aligned paper
