Namely upon editing contacts or occupations and adding additional sources to them; i.e., edit contact pulls up a new window, go to the sources tab, hit "new", then "pick", when the pick window pops up, I'm able to select a new source, I'm able to select it and exit out of the pick a source screen, but upon attempting to exit the individual, the software crashes.

Is there any kind of debugging window to pull up more specifics as to what happened? To try to provide information to get this fixed?
