[1.21] Please delete folder "C:\Users\ЛОМА\AppData\Roaming\GenoPro\Skins\{EN} Narrative Report\Code" and then try again to generate report

Create a file called debug.txt in the same folder then run the report again. Reply here with details from the Report Log.

For the present replace the file debug.txt with a file named nocheck.txt to allow the report to be produced.

The last message indicates that you are trying to create a PDF document on a web site. PDFs can only be created in a local folder and so you should set the destination folder of the report to be on your local disc e.g. C:\Users\ЛОМА\Documents

Добрый день!
Купил последнюю версию genopro и хочу создать отчет, отчет оздается , но выдается неправильная страница ( fail 2). в чем дело, помогите.
на старой версии такого не было, но на ней нельзя генерировать отчеты на семьи больше 25 членов

To avoid this problem use your username and not your email address on the web publishing dialog.
