Author I have two Uncles. One died and the other one's spouse died. How do I link the remaining one to the dead brother's wife?

Eileen died, then Raymond died.  Later Desmond, Ray's brother married Loretto.  How do I link Loretto to Desmond as a new marriage thanks.
