Perhaps there is another rogue pseudo 'SourceCitiation' custom tag lurking in there.  If the error message is the same then the attached version of the script in Common\Code may help.

Otherwise I suggest you try my online Gedcom converter via the link in a previous post in this thread.  It does run slowly as it is written entirely in javascript. It takes about a minute per 1000 individuals on my budget laptop. I have made changes to it recently to improve performance.
