I created an "ünknown" wife to one person with a number of children.
Subsequently I have found the "wife" in another correct relationship.
How do I replace the ünknown wife with the real one without losing either of the relationships including the children.thanks Philip

One of the families was pretty straight forward so I added it again and removed the old one
But this doesn't solve more complex issues

Firstly I have moved your posts to a new topic (click 'Home', then select required forum, then 'New Topic' button) as it is unrelated to original thread.

So to swap a person with another, simply delete old person, right click on new person, select 'Link as Mate', drag to family relationship of old person and release.

If new person is on different genomap or some distance from old person, first create a hyperlink of new person (Ctrl & H) and move the hyperlink close toold person.
