I'm debating uploading some of family tree pictures to Google Photos. It gives you the ability to share albums, provide links to individual photos, and other options.
Is there a way I can link the photos from Google Photos into my GenoPro file? Or do they all have to be on my computer? I tried pasting the link Google Photos gave me into the Picture Location field. Do I need to change it somehow so it knows to look on the Internet vs my hard drive?

Pictures can be hosted on the web and and accessed via http/https. Unfortunately the link provided by Google Photos results in a web page in which the image is displayed and not a link to the image itself.

Can I use the direct links provided by Google Photos, or do I need to make any changes to the links for them to work properly in GenoPro?Thanks in advance!

To create a hyerlink on an indivdual, right-click on the indivdual, and select New Hyprlink. You can choose to hyprlink the indivdual to an existing Genopro.doodle jump In this example, we used a hyprlink on Jana so that she would be "copied" to the Genopro in which we can develop.
