report

You can
generate a report
into using pdf format. Make sure that from the options tab you can clear the tick box for Parameter Configuration Settings.
I think a better option is to send the .gno file and ask people to instal genopro.exe.
This can be obtained from
https://genopro.com/setup/.
The instalation asks for a code but this can be ignored and you end up with a working version of genopro which cab be used as a viewer of your file. The main limitations are that you can not save a file or make reports.
You could also send a copy of genopro.exe although many email clients refuse .exe files
