As I live in France, I have noticed the growing interest in "Geneologie" here and am sure that once the French translation is done there will be a stampeed for this software here in France. I imagine that a complete French interface will be neccessary as most of the people I spoke to didn't speak English and would have difficulty with the English interface. Are you planning to translate just the dictionary etc. or make a complete French version for this market?

iaintait (2/15/2006) Are you planning to translate just the dictionary etc. or make a complete French version for this market?French is my mother tongue. I plan to translate everything in French, including the website. First, I need to complete v2.0.

I knew your mother tongue was French, but I just wondered if you were going to produce a completely French version, which it appears you are, obviously after 2.0 is finished. Will it take you long to do this new French version? This will make many people I know here happy!

jcguasp (3/21/2006) What about Genopro itself in French, Spanish, Japanese, Hebrew, ...Yes. We need to translate in French first to create the multi-language framework... the other languages will be easy to translate. We will use the XML technology similar as the Dictionary.xml of the report generator.
