Do my relatives (or people I invite to view the Family Tree) need to have GenoPro viewer installed on their computer?

To have a look at the report, no. To open the .gno file (if also published, see the Privacy tab on the Generate Report dialog), they need to install Genopro, with a temporary key (or purchase GenoPro to have a permanent key).

No genopro viewer does exist. See this, this and mainly this for more discussion about viewer and publishing.

When your family tree is published on a web site there are two ways that you can see a tree - as set out on the Home page of the report. If you download a copy of GenoPro (free if you do not want to edit) then this will act as a viewer of both the tree and also the table.

However the family tree is also available from the .svg graphic, which is interactive with the data in the report. If you use FireFox as a viewer this is a built-in feature. Internet Explorere users need to download a plug-in from the Adobe web site. The link for this appears automatically.
