I bought GenoPro online ages ago and installed it on my tottering old Toshiba. Now I have switched to a shiny macbook pro and wish to reinstall it here without repurchasing it. It says my registration key expired something like 480 days ago. Can I be sent a new registration key, or can someone tell me what I should do?

Please tell me the email address you purchased GenoPro and we will send your key. You don't have to purchase GenoPro again.

I purchased it with e.dansak@gmail.com. Thanks!

The email e.dansak@gmail.com is your current email address. If you had purchased GenoPro using e.dansak@gmail.com, you would have already received your key. I need to know the other email address you purchased GenoPro, so I can update your account.

Your account has been updated with your registration key. Just enter your email in the registration dialog and the server will send your registration key by email.

You could try to log in with your old email addresses - as long as you can remember the password. If you find the correct one then your registration key is on the Control Panel

Ellen, I have updated your account to include your key and your 3 emails addresses, so you may access your GenoPro account from any of those emails. I also send you registration key (HUU-*******-21221) to all your email addresses.

Do keys go bad after a set amount of days?

If you bought a key then it never expires and includes all updates for that version. If you have a temporary key it is time limited - and there are also keys obtained through academic programmes. Do not know if they are limited to the course.

Do keys go bad after a set amount of days? Purchased keys are never expire. You can therefore use your current version of GenoPro for as long as you wish without having to pay any extra to us. Free evaluation keys expire after 14 days. After 14 days, you can still open, print and generate reports on your GenoPro documents, however you are limited to save small documents (less than 25 individuals per document) Free academic evaluation keys expire after 18 days.

Starting to use genograms for work. I bought this program when I was student for a class, but that was at least one computer ago. Is it possible to re-download it to my work computer. The email I think I used at the time was fyost@liberty.edu Thanks in advance!

Scratch that. In looking at my old emails trying to find the registration key, I noticed that the academic license is basically a 6 month 30-day trial. So what I had is definitely expired. I have gotten a lot of use from the original program for the class. I am currently using the free version from a few years ago.
