Difficult to advise without any real evidence being provided (e.g. such as the URL of your website) but I suggest you install the free Foxit PDF reader as your default reader instead of using Adobe's bloated Acrobat Reader. In my experience the Adobe reader struggles with complex PDF genomaps.

Adobe has problems showing oversized (mainly width) pdf charts as I found with some other programs. It will display the pdf file as a blank sheet.
It would be advisable to Ron to remove the reference in the config.xml file to use the Adobe Reader. Just a PDF Reader should be good enough.

Maru-san, Thank you very much for your response, Fox it PDF also brings the whole tree not just pesonal tree. How do I remove the reference in the config.xml, Can you give me the instructions. Another Question, my family tree now horizontally very wide, how do I turn it into vertican so people can print on multiple 8X11 letter size. Thank you so much again for your support. Robert
