When I try to recover my account password of another account, I get the following message:
Password Recovery Error
You password could not be sent because of the following error: 550 SC-001 (SNT0-MC2-F47) Unfortunately, messages from 66.132.129.180 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.
Please fix the problem, I need my password as soon as possible.

I believe the problem occurs when using Hotmail services. I use Hotmail and I need my password. Please fix the problem as soon as possible. Please.

Thank you for reporting the problem. I suggest you try it again, I've just made a test using a hotmail address and I did receive the message.
Also, hotmail sometimes return an error but for some reason the email is deliver... in the spam folder. Check that folder too.
