Unable to receive registration key

Hi,

Everytime I try to receive my registration key, I get this message:

Error sending registration key to email ...:

The attempt to connect to the server failed; please verify firewall settings, server name and port number

https://api.genopro.com/ws.asmx

Suggestions?

Your firewall or antivirus may be blocking the application GenoPro from accessing the Internet and get the registration key.

I have tried numerous times, and each time it is blocked.  I played around with my firewall settings and it's still not working...

Is there anyway I can receive a registration key?

I am unable to receive the registration key via email I am receiving the same message below as the other members. I need one please right away to save my assignment before I lose it please. I need HELP please this is due FRIDAY. Can you please send me the free reg key for 14 days.

Maybe you should check your firewall, anti-virus and other program that could block GenoPro?

If you are having problem with the "website" try to be more specific.

I am having the same problem.  I have tried playing around with my firewall, but don't know how to touch the virus protectors, etc.  Is there any other way to get a registration key?
