I just placed an order this morning and discovered that I ordered a 1-user license.  I intended to order a 2-user license.  I have been desperately trying to figure out how to contact someone to see if this could be changed.  I was unable to register on the forum using the e-mail that I used for the order.  It kept telling me that I was already registered, although I had not registered.  I tried to have the password sent to my e-mail but it has not done that despite multiple requests.  I tried using the "email administrator" link and that went to a "noreply" e-mail which of course was promptly returned.

I had to use a separate e-mail account because the system wouldn't let me log into the forum using the e-mail address I used for my order.  Believe me, I've gone round and round this website trying to figure out a way to get help!  It told me that my e-mail was already registered and had a password, even though I never registered or gave it a password.  So, I tried to retrieve the password, thinking that perhaps it was a system-generated password.  Nothing happened even after multiple attempts.  I tried to create a ticket too, but it wouldn't let me do that because it said there was already an account with my e-mail address and it asked for a password that I never assigned.  There is no other way to contact anyone.  Even the link that says "e-mail administrator" connects to a "noreply" e-mail address!  I had no other choice but to use a separate e-mail address to create a new account just to get onto the forum to contact someone for help.

I greatly appreciate your help, now that I've finally been able to contact you.  You have been helpful, and I appreciate the discount coupon.  But it sure would be better if you had some other method of contacting for help.  All in all, I spent a very frustrating morning.  I realize the original mistake was mine, and I accept responsibility for that, but just trying to ask a simple question resulted in hours taken out of my day.

And actually, I see that I will still be paying more for 2 licenses than for the 2-user license.  Is there no way to cancel my original license and allow me to re-order a 2-user license?

I guess I am the problem child around here!

I have not received the registration key at either of the e-mail addresses you have for me nor through the private message system on this forum.  I'm assuming it would be a different registration key than the original one that was sent to me with my purchase.  Could you please e-mail it to the original e-mail associated with my purchase?

Still waiting for a reply.  Do I just use the original registration key for 2 users or is it a completely separate key that you sent me?  If so, where did you send it because I can't find any record of having received it.

Sorry for the delay of our support.  I just resent you another license.
