Two years ago I purchased 10 licenses and today at 12:15pm ET I attempted to purchase one additional license. When I clicked Get GenoPro, nothing happened, it just stayed on the purchase information screen. I clicked Get GenoPro again and I got a message saying something like "GenoPro has detected a duplicate purchase....call your bank if your credit card has been declined....if you don't get a confirmation email check your spam folder." Did my purchase go through? Was the duplicate because of the 10 licenses purchase two years ago, or because I clicked Get GenoPro twice?
