On the main menu, next to the GenoPro icon, is the word 'File'. Click here and the ninth item is 'Find'. Click here to search your PC for .gno files

Hello,
I purchased a  SPONSOR GenoProX Family license yesterday, but I need the  SPONSOR GenoProX Expert. The difference is $20.00 dollars, and now that I want to upgrade it charges me $45.00. Can you help me to upgrate paying the original difference? I don't think is fair to pay extra $26.00 dollars for an honest mistake. Thanks!

I purchased Genoprofamily yesterday, and upgraded to genoexpert today and I CAN'T access the professional features that I need! Please contact ASAP or I will have to dispute the second transaction with my credit card company. I wasted an hour following the upgrade directions on your webpage and it DIDN'T work! You don't have a customer service number and your server DOES NOT accept this e-mail as private. I need to start working on a Geogram today. Please reply to this with instructions.

I am having a difficult time to understand the situation.  Can you post a screenshot?

In the main screen of GenoPro, can you press the letter F to invoke the Family Wizard?  Or press the letter W or E to add a man or woman, or the letter P to add parents?

Perhaps you are referring to this query 'Display more family relationships' if so you may need to download GenoPro 2016 again and reinstall.
