I have been able to perform Online Backup successfully and so it is probably not a server issue. Are you able to try a different PC on a different connection? e.g. friend/relative

AdministratorI have removed Genopro and wiped the registry, re installed GenoPro from desktop, same error message Unable to upload file 'Revised20.gno' to server. Session has been lost or not found. You need to call Login again. (HyperData Error -1001: ErrSessionLost)I called in an I. T guy that tried and failed. I am concerned that i will lose my photos and info transferring to another computer.I have googled for a solution on error code above. Any further suggestions appreciated.

Please be aware that GenoPro only has references/links to your photos, not the actual photos therefore Online Backup will not protect them anyway. You therefore need to make alternative provision. To protect the information in your .gno just copy it somewhere e.g. to USB memory stick. I am only an administrator of the forum so unable to investigate your server issue. Did you try another computer? You could try emailing support 'at' GenoPro.com

Two main options Copy your display, using Print Screen button, and then paste into a graphics program. Irfan View is a reliable free option here. Save as jpg and attach to email
Create a pdf using a print program such as Cutepdf or similar. This is described on the forum but basically you install the program which creates an extra printer. Then set the Page Layout for a single page and use the printer to create a pdf. Use print preview to check before running
