Dear Sir/Madam: Today I purchased GenoPro (love it by the way!) After I purchased it the program installed without asking me for my registration number. How do I know if the GenoPro program installed is linked to my purchase? - meaning I am scared that it installed as the "free" version and will disappear after the alloted free time.Thank you

Run GenoPro and then click Help / About. The dialogue should show your key. If not, you can paste it in the field.

I am getting messages from Geno Pro because I installed the free version, which I have now uninstalled. I just want to make sure that I won't get charged anything.
Thank you

If you have a registration key, you may always re-install the version you purchased and copy & paste your key in the Registration Wizard. If you installed GenoPro from a site license, then you do not need to enter a registration key as the site license contains the registration key.

Hei! Two years ago I bought GenoPro and got a registration key. E-mail nelli.sulkonen@gmail.com
Now I need to change my hard drive and install GenoPro again. I loaded program from your internet page, but when tried to enter the key, program told that it not valid and I need to aks for a new one.
Can anybody help me? I do not want to pay again for the same program.
Thank you in advance Nelli

Your golden key is still valid for GenoPro 2011, and if you wish to upgrade to GenoPro 2016, it is $15 and you get perks for GenoProX.
As for opening your file, you do not any valid key to open, print and/or generate a report. Your file may have been corrupted, typically due to a hardware failure. Feel free to send me your file and I will investigate the content of your file.

Thank you Master, I will upgrade to 2016 a little later.
The file I cannot open is herewith attached. I hope that you can fix. If you can tell me why it happened, I would also appreciate. This is a very important file for me. Thank you. Jacob

The file you send me is a .PNG file. If you rename your .gno file to .PNG you will see the following: Thank you Master Those 'titles' were assigned when we installed the forum. We will change them soon to something more meaningful.

Dear Master, What I sent to you was a copy I was working around with. I remember that at one point I misnamed it, I must have goofed it up. Those .png files are strange, that even if I am in another .png file and I click the arrows on the bottom I am getting another .png file from some order of filing. This is copy of the original, perhaps you can open this and maybe we'll get the original. Thanks again. Jacob Mezei

Somehow I cannot download the .gno file from this forum. I have no idea what is happening. I checked on the server and it appears the .gno file is not there. Can you please send it by email to: support at genopro dot com?
Thanks.

Good morning,
I was unable to create new files in my old program. I deleted my old program and tried to install a new program and it didn't work. I have Windows XP. A week age I purchased an update for my Gold membership.
Creting new files didn't work even before purchasing the update.
Can you please help me set myself up.

Have you tried the "File Find" to search all your drives and folders for any .gno (GenoPro) file?
